Return & Refund Policy
Not Just A Smile does not accept returns or exchanges on items.
Exceptions
In the event that an item is damaged or lost then items may be returned for either a refund or an exchange.
To handle this issue contact notjustasmile@gmail.com. If the reason is deemed viable then we will send you a return label. If you have not contacted prior to returning the item then there will not be any refunds or exchanges accepted.

Refunds
A refund will be determined once the item has been inspected and approved. If approved we will automatically refund the payment however it was purchased. Please allow time for the money to be refunded.
Exchanges
Once the item is received and inspected you will be notified of the exchanges approval and we will send you the new item.
